ABOUT THE TEAM

The Solution Account Manager is a seasoned, experienced professional within the Utility Management organization focused on the client experience, growth and retention.  The Solution Account Manager (AM III) works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.  The Solution Account Manager (AM III) demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.  The role is responsible for reinforcing the value RealPage Utility Management through regular performance reporting, annual account reviews and customer service. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Solution Account Manager (III), you will drive product adoption, retention and other sales and product initiatives.  This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Utility Management.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with primary client contacts to manage Utility Management program
  • Manage assigned accounts to drive client expansion
  • Retain business by reinforcing value of RealPage Utility Management products and services to align with client objectives
  • Analyze and communicate key performance metrics to client
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for client to increase recovery, income or other value-added service adoption
  • Prepare and lead comprehensive Account Review for assigned clients
  • Lead regular calls with client to review action items and understand client needs
  • Gather implementation due diligence for applicable accounts
  • Maintain Strategic Account Plan for each client
  • Collaborate with other RealPage Utility Management departments, Sales and Customer Service Advocate to coordinate client needs and resolve outstanding issues
  • Drive product adoption through ancillary sales 

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Minimum 5 years equivalent work experience and bachelor's degree
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with internal and external management and work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to achieve desired results
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient knowledge of MS office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent follow up skills required

 

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

 

  • Utility Management experience preferred
  • Experience in the property management industry preferred
