The Account Manager is a position within the Customer Success organization responsible for supporting customers with Utility Management products. The primary objectives of the Customer Success organization includes retention and expansion of existing business and leveraging the client experience to create references.
The Account Manager reports to the Senior Manager and is responsibe for managing approximately 10-15 medium touch accounts. The Account Manager I builds productive internal and external working relationships. The role is responsible for reinforcing the value RealPage Utility Management contributes to the client organization through performance reporting and customer service.
