The Account Manager provides support to the Senior Account Management team by working directly with clients during and post software rollout. The AM will also work across problem management, product and developer teams to achieve quick resolution of escalated issues. Some interaction with sales will be needed as well to ensure successful transition from a prospect to customer. The AM I will use their relationship skills to build and manage relationships at all levels of the client organization, be able to manage internal and external timelines and use their analytic skills to provide consulting services to ensure the successful usage of RealPage software and services.
