ABOUT THE TEAM

The Account Manager provides support to the Senior Account Management team by working directly with clients during and post software rollout.   The AM will also work across problem management, product and developer teams to achieve quick resolution of escalated issues. Some interaction with sales will be needed as well to ensure successful transition from a prospect to customer.  The AM I will use their relationship skills to build and manage relationships at all levels of the client organization, be able to manage internal and external timelines and use their analytic skills to provide consulting services to ensure the successful usage of RealPage software and services. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Cultivate relationships with client management team so they understand, value and champion the usage of Realpage software and services
  • Provide consultation to clients to ensure their success with RealPage
  • Provide client support on Spend Management in Accounting 
  • Perform analysis on client’s performance and provide recommendations to help increase their ROI
  • Work with client and RealPage training personnel to ensure that client personnel are adequately trained in a timely fashion on OneSite Facilities
  • Work with client and other internal RealPage groups to ensure client understands and values the benefits of using the product correctly
  • Work with other RealPage groups to increase revenue and earnings derived from client
  • Spend Management in Accounting, client set up, vendor set up, adoption and storefront spend
  • Support Account Managers in preparation of presentation documents for quarterly client benchmarking sessions
  • Manage data to support reporting, including the creation and maintenance of databases and tools, primarily through Excel & SharePoint
  • Development and maintenance of performance benchmarks by determined classifications
  • Subject Matter Expert in reporting tools used by Spend Management Team
  • Prepare reporting to validate compliance with standards & policies (internal/external)
  • Produces and maintains standard performance analytical reporting (internal/external)
  • Ad Hoc projects and tasks as determined

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
