As a Asset & Investment Management Implementation Project Manager III, you will oversee the delivery of real estate applications and services to the clients of the RealPage Investment Management business unit. The successful candidate will lead of team of real estate business and operational analysts and work closely with internal leadership, clients, and the Investment Management technical team to manage and execute the implementation of the Asset & Investment Management application for clients. The Implementation Manager ensures that our clients’ requirements and expectations are understood, documented, and clearly translated to operational goals and outcomes.

  • Work within an agile, fast-paced environment to deliver advanced real estate asset and investment management software and professional services to RealPage Investment Management clients
  • Manage the activities and priorities of a team of real estate business and operational analysts
  • Develop expertise in AIM software features, functionality, configuration, reporting and interaction with source data applications
  • Plan, schedule, and manage project timeline and activities from project kick-off through end user training to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and satisfies the desired outcomes of an AIM implementation
  • Manage and maintain project plans using project management software and ensure updates are documented and successfully communicated to project stakeholders
  • Conduct regular recurring project meetings, maintain notes, and task status to ensure the project is on schedule, client expectations are being managed accordingly, and a clear status can be derived at any point in time
  • Partner with clients to mitigate project risks through clear expectation setting and continued review of progress and responsibilities
  • Proactively identify potential project blockers or challenges and develop and own strategies to address those risks to the success of the project
  • Document software functionality, processes, procedures, and best practices for use by both clients and internal resources
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to the team and provide project advice, feedback, and support to colleagues
  • Liaise with third-party data providers and venture partners to coordinate the submission, validation, and aggregation of data on behalf of clients
  • Oversee team operations to ensure the successful ongoing periodic collection, validation, and aggregation real estate and third-party data per the client-defined schedule
    • Execute and coordinate periodic reconciliations to source data records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Leverage real estate business knowledge to develop and manage systematic and data validation processes with a focus on data quality
  • Ensure transparency within and across teams so that team members leverage best practices, share knowledge, and deliver high-quality work to clients
  • Demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency in daily duties by meeting or improving upon deadlines
  • Work closely with clients, leadership, and other functional teams within AIM to understand client needs and integrate best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and escalation for clients and third-party information suppliers
  • Coordinate the management, in a clear and timely manner, of responses to client inquires and resolution of service delivery issues
  • Coordinate periodic, timely client communications including inquiries and routine status updates of service delivery performance and service level agreement compliance
  • Implement operational quality checkpoint reviews and conduct periodic audits to ensure team compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in design and set goals for effectiveness and productivity Service Delivery Team.



  • 5+ years experience in financial services, preferably with a focus on real estate industry, with specific experience in portfolio accounting, performance reporting and/or data management.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and standardization of processes with a focus on the Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Acquisitions, Finance, Client Services, Debt and Valuation functions of the business
  • Proven track record managing projects
  • Outcome orientated approach towards facilitating meetings to gather business requirements, define task and assign responsibilities and delivery dates
  • Fluent in English
  • Outstanding customer service including the ability to solve problems
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills including the ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented approach to task execution
  • Excellent written and oral communication

Systems Experience:

  • Experience with real estate accounting and/or portfolio/asset management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage, Anaplan, Argus Enterprise)
  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
