The RealPage Utility Management Solution provides the most comprehensive and flexible set of online billing and invoicing tools and services in multifamily.  Powered by the largest utility expense database in the industry and supported by our expert utility advisors, RealPage maximizes recovery, reduces late fees, and improves performance for our clients to drive increased portfolio value.  


The Implementation Consultant provides subject matter expertise for assigned customer implementations, for the RealPage Utility Management Solution. The Consultant provides best practice guidance, conducts business process workshops designed to document current client workflow and new workflow, manages customer deliverables, and adheres to project timelines. The Consultant is responsible for data analysis, on-time implementations, and backlog management for assigned customers.


  • Deliver a customer-focused onboarding experience
  • Deliver on-time implementations, per agreement with customer
  • Accurately forecast activations and update backlog on a weekly basis
  • Support clients through the implementation process to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate to your leader, issues or risks to assigned implementations
  • Follow through on commitments


Requires 3 years customer onboarding experience.

  • Software and/or multifamily property management experience required
  • Experience working in a sales environment a plus; knowledge of the sales cycle
  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills
  • Must possess good organization and time management skills
  • Customer service experience is required, excellent telephone rapport
  • Able to work with little supervision, but knowing when to escalate problems
  • Must have the ability to work with many different personalities
  • Flexible, detailed, and able to successfully accept change
  • Able to work extended hours when required


Preferred knowledge/skills/abilities:

  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Customer service experience is required, excellent telephone rapport
  • Able to work with little supervision, but knowing when to escalate problems
