ABOUT THE TEAM

  • Always be learning:  This position is part of an emerging Content Creation team that is becoming a strategic necessity at RealPage.  We engage clients (virtually), increase product adoption, and drive awareness utilizing the most effective means
  • Long-term Shared Success:  Content Creation team members build amazing relationships by guiding customers down their journey.  Create, distribute, and analyze campaigns, migrations, performance scorecards, and a myriad of other communications. 
  • Maximum Value:  Provide consistent value to customers, increasing loyalty and retention.  Drive proven revenue through increases in references, opportunities, and retention.  Define and measure value of all projects.
  • What if…:  Best way to start a sentence.  Customers are like everyone else, content and communication needs to be personal, intriguing, and beneficial.  Constantly aim to create and improve the customer experience.  Be on the lookout for new platforms, new methods, and understand customer behavior.
  • Social Chameleon:  Content Creation team members work well with everyone. Works equally well independently to drive projects to completion, as well as in a team with multiple personalities.  Best idea wins.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Equal parts social psychologist, data nerd, customer success professional preferred
  • Social chameleon necessary, need someone who can speak to anyone and work with everyone
  • Creative and strategic mindset a must.  Shared success is the goal. 
  • Data matters.  Must be analytical in nature when designing and planning content to report afterwards

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Build customer facing content to increase renewals, referrals, and upsell opportunities
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as campaigns, migrations, performance scorecards, release notes, and surveys
  • Connecting with customers to ensure continued engagement and adoption throughout their lifecycle
  • Identifying key customers that can act as a marketing channel through references and referrals

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
  • Experience in Customer Success, Marketing, Account Management, or relevant fields preferred
  • Knowledge within CRMs, communications platforms, and Project Management tools preferred.  Skills in automation and integrations a plus.
  • Experience creating customer marketing content preferred
  • Skilled copy writer, with a good eye for design #LI-TP1
