WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

The Project Manager will have a keen focus on driving quality, operational efficiencies and improving the client experience. The Project Manager will lead projects within the operational side of the business to implement measure and improve process and procedures, improve quality and operational execution.  The position will require a strong blend of both strategic and tactical solutions to business objectives, leveraging their experience to achieve results.  This Project Manager will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects that require significant coordination, planning and communication. This leader is required to be assertive in looking for identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with the business teams on developing plans and implementing projects to address those opportunities. The individual will need to be collaborative and influential with the numerous team members and operational leaders to drive change.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • The Project Manager will have responsibility managing projects that will enhance the client experience reduce costs or improve the employee experience.
  • Define and document project score and project plans that include project objective, relevant stakeholders and details tasks and owners.
  • Deliver regular reports related to milestone tracking and Key Performance Indicators that define project success.
  • Oversees projects affecting onshore and offshore operational teams and support groups.
  • This position is responsible for coordinating with IT, Project Management, Client Success and all Operation teams to ensure success.
  • Implement process improvement programs to reduce costs and increase quality.
  • Coordinate with business teams to ensure effective quality assurance processes designed to certify all customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Assists in the review of operational policy and procedure compliance with policies and procedures governing daily operations of responsible departments.
  • Develop qualitative and quantitative measures and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance on project deliverables.
  • Create a high-energy work environment with exceptional employee morale.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

 

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in operations or project management
  • Bachelor’s degree required or relevant work experience
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience with formal process improvement practices 
  • Experience with large Project Management / Program Management
  • Strong grasp of industry best practices in quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Highly process-oriented and able to define new procedures as the needs of the business evolve
  • Demonstrated skills with process tools and applications
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentational skills at the executive level

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of SmartSheet / MS Project 
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Flexible to work extended hours as required
  • Multifamily housing or invoice processing industry experience preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed, including international
