You will be a part of a dynamic team that focuses on the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects for RealPage.  As a member of this team, you will work directly with senior leaders supporting the key business growth for RealPage and along the way will drive key projects supporting the M&A objectives.  You will at times be asked to learn new lines of business while you rely steadily on your project management skills to guide the work.    


As an M&A Project Manager, you will be a part of the team that oversees the M&A integration activites for RealPage.  responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on-time and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed through completion of each project. Project managers work with the various stakeholders within the marketing organization to execute on the delivery of strategic marketing plans. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient orchestration of timelines, schedules and workflow in a high-volume, fast-changing environment, and requires strong organization, communication and presentation skills.


Must be able to report on the status of projects and results to executive level leadership. Must have good planning and time-management skills and be adept at balancing multiple assignments and deadlines. Must be a self-starter who can build a good rapport with internal partners and peers.


Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Determine and define project scope and resource requirements
  • Document and maintain pristine documentation for each project you manage
  • Identify and manage risks for each project. 
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or related discipline
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • Proven project management skills are required
  • Strong attention-to-detail with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within strict timeframes and deadlines, with varying size and complexity
  • Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills (including visual presentation development)
  • Proven time management skills; able to manage concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
  • Enthusiastic and collaborative with solid emotional intelligence
  • Strong customer service skills in working with both internal marketing team members and cross-functional


  • Experience working in a PMI or Integration Management Office 
  • Experience working in the Mergers and Acqusitions field.  
  • Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
  • PMP certification highly desired
