The Global Implementations organization helps clients leverage the RealPage platform to automate, improve, and evolve their businesses.



The Institutional Program Director (PD) will assist the Implementations SVP with the delivery of activation and managed services to the largest RealPage customers.  The PD will focus on the definition of the delivery processes as well as the actual delivery for specific institutional clients.  This person will collaborate closely with the other leaders reporting to the SVP as well as the other organizations involved in delivery


  • Manage the program portfolio
    • Directly own delivery for specific institutional clients as directed.
    • Ensure goals, requirements, inputs, and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved during the partnership.
    • Escalate the voice of the customer and ensure goals are achieved through measurable KPI’s.
    • Manage the program financials, client satisfaction, and adoption metrics.
    • Provide weekly status reports for each ongoing program.
  • Help define and document a standard governance model, both internal and with the client
    • Drive efficiency in roles, cadence, and alignment with client
    • Promote open communication
    • Generate metrics showing progress in deployment, adoption, and benefit.

  • Help define and document repeatable implementation approach(es) to:
    • Define the standard uses of the RP platform:
      • Review operational business processes (pre-defined questions/prompts about key business processes that allow RP to make educated decisions about setups),
      • Generate software configuration values (target is >90% pre-determined) based on best practices and operational business process reviews,
      • Review and finalize suggested configurations to formalize standard configurations for institution (all properties) and operator (site-specific)
      • Review specific educated decisions with significant impact
    • Configure and Load data into the RP platform:
      • Collect data values for populating the software,
      • Conduct data cleansing and creation as needed,
    • Add/Remove products and/or sites:
      • Assistance model for product expansion
      • Assistance model for new sites

    • Help define and document repeatable managed services:
      • Manage user access
        • Process for add/change/remove user access to platform
        • Process for add/change/remove access and curriculum assignments in EasyLMS
        • Operator access across properties owned by different institutions
      • Access to Platinum Support
      • Quarterly reviews of RP footprint, adoption, and derived benefits
      • Quarterly reviews of configuration parameters for requested process changes or updated capabilities
      • Evolution to a Center of Excellence for deriving financial benefit and resident satisfaction from the platform

    • Create sales collateral for use with similar institutional prospects
      • Pre-configured best practice approach
      • Automated data load
      • Self-service (if desired) add-on site process


  • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years in packaged application implementations and activations.
  • 10+ years in IT-related consulting.
  • 10+ years in the real estate management industry, with specific exposure to the owner vs operator model.


  • MBA degree
  • Specific experience with RealPage products
