RealPage is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join its corporate Legal Department.  The primary responsibilities for this role include participation and support related to various corporate and legal matters.  The Corporate Paralegal will assist with (i) managing the corporate entities and certain corporate governance matters for RealPage, which includes assisting with board matters for the various RealPage entities, entity management, and other related matters; (ii) assisting with mergers and acquisitions; and (iii) other corporate matters including managing compliance with credit facility documents, audit support matters and other  corporate legal matters related to RealPage’s business as needed. 



Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Draft and assist with reviewing documents for the various RealPage entities, including board resolutions, board communications and other corporate matters, including coordinating with RealPage internal and external representatives in our foreign offices
  • Assist with managing the RealPage database related to our various corporate entities and the annual meeting and officer election process
  • Work with the Finance group and other Company departments related to financial reporting and debt compliance matters
  • Provide support for mergers and acquisitions and other commercial and corporate transactions as needed, including reviewing documents, assisting with due diligence and closing matters and attending to related post-closing and integration matters
  • Assist with other corporate governance matters as needed
  • Assist with supporting the administration of RealPage’s equity incentive plan as needed, including day to day management of awards, transaction reconciliation and coordination among various departments including Human Resources, Finance and Tax
  • Conduct legal research and provide other support as needed

The candidate must display mature judgment in interacting with members of management and protecting the Company from legal risk.  The candidate must maintain high ethical standards. 


  • 5-8 years’ experience, ideally with a combination of law firm and in-house experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to be creative and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors’ degree required
  • Paralegal certification preferred
  • Experience with Excel, Powerpoint, corporate secretarial software (such as HCue) and stock administration software preferred
