ABOUT THE TEAM

Be a part of Risk and Compliance team of RealPage Payments Services Inc. and be directly involved with the newly established Transaction Risk Monitoring (TRM) Program. With a diverse team based in the U.S., Philippines, and India there are many new and exciting initiatives for Risk and Compliance Team! #LI-TP1

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Risk and Compliance Senior Analyst will work closely with the Transaction Risk Manager for RealPage Payments Services Inc (RPPSI) a Third-Party Payments Processor (TPPP). This position assists in the day-to-day support of Transaction Monitoring (TM) control processes and works to identify and assess various transaction related risks throughout the assigned business lines. A successful candidate will also be cross trained in many other areas of Risk & Compliance assisting the Sr. Director and Department Managers with programs such as payments and screening underwriting, transaction risk mitigation and reporting, velocity limit management, corporate funding issues and many other programs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages TRM alert escalations and completes investigative reporting for case management
  • Escalates case to Transaction Risk Manager for review and reporting
  • Participates in BSA/AML/Fraud compliance training
  • Assists with daily, monthly, quarterly reporting for TRM program
  • Assists Transaction Risk Manager in reporting for audits and examinations
  • Assists the Director of Risk and Compliance with departmental compliance recommendations, KPI & metrics reporting, Payments and Screening certification audits and departmental projects
  • Assists the Underwriting Manager with key projects related to risk and compliance function.
  • Supports a Culture of Compliance for the company through communications and actions

Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Three years of BSA/ AML/ OFAC, KYC, EDD, Financial crime investigations and SAR reporting experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Timely, accurate and efficient processing of departmental reports, projects and tasks related to applicable regulatory compliance
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • General understanding of banking operations
  • Highly adaptable to new projects and tasks
  • Ability to prioritize along with good time management skills
  • Ability to read, analyze and document policies, procedures, and processes
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of personnel
  • Ability to work independently
  • Pride in work product

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but professional experience may be considered in lieu of education
  • CAMS certification
