You’ll be a member of RealPage’s Emerging Markets marketing team, which focuses on Buildium, Propertyware, All Property Management and Investor Management Services. We’re an entrepreneurial group, we operate autonomously, like a start-up but with the security of a billion-dollar company. You'll help shape and execute the strategies, campaigns, and stories that we bring to market to serve our property manager customers. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Supporting a team of savvy and imaginative marketers, your day-to-day responsibilities will include the conceptualization, production, and maintenance of a wide array of deliverables including email graphics, web page graphics, event signage, video and print graphics, in-depth reports, informative guides, and more. As a member of Buildium’s marketing team, you’ll help us shape a brand experience that customers and co-workers rave about. Better yet, you’ll do your work in a supportive environment where your efforts will be appreciated.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in creative meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand the purpose and scope of each design project
  • Continue to establish, develop, and evangelize the Emerging Markets growing house of brands—Buildium, Propertyware, All Property Management, IM, and Kigo.
  • Partner with Content Marketing Specialist and Media Strategy and Video Team to collaborate on creative execution/ideation for strategic campaigns
  • Lead creative development, marketing collateral, and graphic design efforts with internal stakeholders and agency partners to drive creative and content strategies that build brand awareness and drive demand
  • ...Plus all of the usual day-to-day of an in-house creative team, such as:
    • Support in ad-hoc marketing requests. (We have processes in place, but sometimes we just need something quickly)
    • Present options for design treatments
    • Update and revise existing pieces as directed
    • Create net-new presentations and collateral
    • Assist with website content updates 
    • Supply graphic assets to the organization
    • Maintain a graphic assets library

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 3+ years of hands-on professional design experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design or a related course of study is preferred
  • Ability to generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets
  • iWell organized, responsible, and dedicated with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time and deliver refined designs in a short time
  • Great time management skills and is able to meet deadlines (and ask for extensions when needed)
  • An understanding of print production
  • Can follow brand guidelines (exploring is encouraged), and design for online and offline advertisements.
  • Good eye for composition and layout
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, WordPress content editing, and Google docs/slides/sheets.
  • Must understand typography principles and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
