WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Industry Principal V will be responsible for providing product design feedback, serving as a sales liaison for product, and helping launch and lead the business development and client relationship management efforts for the Screening group’s suite of products. The Industry Principal will work with sales, product owners and executives and in collaboration with other senior business leaders to drive the Screening Solutions product and revenue.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In partnership with SVP/GM of the Screening Group, create, launch and lead the business development and client relationship management for their respective product suite.
  • Develop a strategic consultative process to drive solution selling and analytical decision-making into the Sales and Account Management process.
  • Sell the Screening Solutions product portfolio to maximize service to the core customer base and the usage of existing (and future) product capabilities. Integrate new offerings into plans as they become available.
  • Work to increase market penetration, profitable revenue growth and the development of sustainable competitive advantages with customer accounts through development and implementation of plans for both current and non-current accounts.
  • Identify, segment and target the Screening Solution key client accounts and develop comprehensive retention and growth strategies around each.
  • Identify potential new accounts and develop targeted strategies to secure the business.
  • Keep abreast of competitive offerings in the Screening market space, from both traditional and non-traditional competitors.
  • The above duties are not meant to restrict, but rather to define, minimum activities. These duties may be altered to suit the needs of the company as needed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in sales and marketing management, project planning/management, corporate/executive leadership, financial decision making and/or business consulting.
  • Previous experience in the Multifamily Housing industry is necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability in building a successful customer management/sales organization with an emphasis on solution selling.
  • Demonstrated ability incorporating analytics into selling/account management.
  • Ability to combine strategic business and technical direction and translate concepts into actionable implementation plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; active listening and a collaborative work style.
  • Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products and have the ability to learn all required business systems.
  • Goal, metric and results-oriented, with the ability to establish a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and enthusiasm among the teams with which he/she interacts.
  • Ability to travel and establish relationships with customers.
