RealPage Investment Management, the leading commercial real estate software as a service (SaaS) division of RealPage, Inc., is looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Success (CS) Implementation Project Manager. The Implementation Project Manager will advance our implementation initiatives.


The CS Implementation Manager will guide new clients though our Implementation Process and report to the Director of Implementation.  This role requires a highly organized individual that can proactively manage multiple initiatives with project / time management and client communication skills.  This person should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional responsibilities include driving key performance metrics, reporting on progress and interfacing with internal team members in various departments.  The role is well suited for a seasoned financial technology operator, preferably with a technical and product-based background, to advance our Customer Success Implementation initiatives.

  • Ability to adapt plans to changing circumstances
  • Excellent focus, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a very fast-paced environment • Ability to prioritize a list of projects and focus on higher value tasks with more immediate deadlines
  • Ability to communicate best practice and, when needed, professionally explain why certain client requests are not available.
  • Manage business communications leading toward improved shared outcomes.
  • Take ownership over the implementation process, continuously improve the overall customer on-boarding experience
  • Adhere to best practices, both technically and functionally, needed to address customer needs
  • Collaborate with our relationship management and support teams to execute a seamless handoff from implementation
  • Professionally address client and investor concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time constraints.
  • Connect and collaborate with colleagues to identify new methods and enhance the client experience
  • Strong attention to detail is critical
  • Ability to manage relationship and expectations
  • Desire to go "above and beyond" to engage clients and their investors
  • Understanding of commercial real estate terms and concepts
  • Ability to travel, as needed


  • 3+ years of professional experience implementing enterprise, data-heavy, SaaS or ERP software applications
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to manage and interact with different types of teams
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects
  • Proven track record implementing best practices with high levels of client satisfaction
  • Experience managing simultaneous software implementations for multiple clients.
  • Experience researching, troubleshooting and solving complex software issues
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience with Microsoft products including: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
