RealPage’s security deposit alternative product team is seeking a talented individual who is skilled at handling a variety of responsibilities simultaneously to serve our client base and grow our business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The account manager is an integral position within the Financial Services division reporting to the team’s operations manager. The candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, understanding client goals and objectives, corporate communication of account status, assisting with client escalations, and ensuring client revenue, retention and growth. The candidate must have a thorough knowledge of our products and the ability to anticipate and communicate customer needs and identify barriers while prioritizing organizational goals and initiatives. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboard, train, and support both new and existing clients
  • Analyze key metrics of client usage and identify opportunities for improvement to achieve annual revenue goals
  • Assist with periodic client business reviews for assigned clients as appropriate
  • Manage payment and invoice processes, resolve billing issues
  • Report project status to management in the form of a weekly review
  • Work closely with other RealPage departments to coordinate client needs and resolve issues
  • Grow business by anticipating client needs and providing a high level of customer service
  • Additional duties as needed

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Ability to obtain and hold an insurance license required (Property & Casualty)
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with internal and external management and work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to achieve desired results
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize duties
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clients’ needs while prioritizing with organizational goals and initiatives
  • Ability to motivate others to achieve project deliverables
  • Excellent follow up skills required
  • Travel requirements – potentially up to 10%

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

College degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be accepted

Experience in the property management industry strongly preferred
