WHAT YOU’LL DO

We’re on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager who will bring high energy, a fun spirit, and passion for helping our customers succeed. In this role, you will focus on understanding why someone purchased Buildium, what their goals are, and help them achieve their desired outcomes.  Ultimately, you are ensuring our customers are effectively using our products and services.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive customer adoption of Buildium's software & services
  • Work with our newest customers with between 41-100 residential units under management
  • Conduct a high volume of outreach to a large customer pool (about 400-500 customers) via phone (30-40 calls/day) and email
  • Handle customer escalations to resolve key issues
  • Cross sell products and services to existing customers
  • Ensure these new customers are successful and have an awesome experience with Buildium
  • Become an expert in the property management business and Buildium's software

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 1-3 years experience in sales or any customer facing role, ideally in software
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to anyone
  • Fast learner; thirst for making yourself better
  • Demonstrated success in a customer-focused environment
  • Ability to deal with customer challenges
  • High energy, integrity, and can-do attitude
  • Hungry to develop and build relationships across our customer base
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Expert at juggling dozens of competing demands and managing limited time
