WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll be a member of RealPage’s Mixed Use Sales Division leading the Success Consulting Team covering Buildium, Propertyware, and Value Added Solutions (VAS) products. Success Consulting has three pillars: 

  • Partner with sales consultants to provide technical expertise in the sales cycle 
  • Collaborate with product and onboarding to optimize the pre to post sales process  
  • Define, centralize, and analyze data generated by sales to influence product direction 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The focus of this role is to continue building the success consulting capability to cover all products with-in the Mixed Use Division. This is a player/coach role where you will set the direction of the team and materially participate in each of the three pillars.

  • Execute on the strategic direction of the Success Consulting Team expanding support to all Platform and VAS products
  • Build, mentor, and coach a team to support the objectives of the sales team
  • Collaborate with internal teams pre-post sale
  • Ensure performance metrics for churn and close rate are monitored and achieved

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 8+ years professional experience in a sales engineering, consulting, or investment banking role
  • Experience with and passion for building and mentoring a team
  • Ability to speak confidently with prospects and customers about complex processes
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships across departments
  • Deep understanding of accounting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of APIs
  • Knowledge of property management
