WHAT YOU’LL DO

We’re on the hunt for an Office Coordinator for our Buildium office in Boston, MA who will bring high energy, a fun spirit, and passion for helping our customers succeed. In this role, you will be the Culture Champion for RealPage Mixed Use, which includes coordinating events, celebrating employee wins, and welcoming new employees to the organization! This job is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, people-oriented, and dependable.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Office Coordinator, you will help keep the Buildium office running smoothly! This position will report to the SVP of RealPage Mixed Use.

 

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and plan the SVP’s schedules
  • Coordinate team meetings, assist with creating slide decks, and present updates to the team
  • General purchasing for Mixed Use, including office supplies, customer and employee gifts, employee Swag, etc.
  • Coordinate and execute company events
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support administrative HR Functions
  • Other office admin functions as needed

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • High School Graduate with Associate’s Degree preferred
  • 3 years of experience in an office administrator, event planning, or executive assistant role
  • Experience utilizing Google and Microsoft Suite of Products, including Google Drive, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced environment, as well as shifting and conflicting priorities
