The Learning Systems Implementation Consultant is part of the Product Learning Solutions team.  Our team is responsible for building all the learning materials for our customers – which includes online help, release notes, training guides, and training videos – and delivering them through our various learning platforms, like EasyLMS and Product Updates, to drive adoption and employee engagement. We partner with our customers to help them optimize their workforce.


The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful on-boarding experience and implementation of EasyLMS and RealPage Recognition’s customers. This includes analyzing requirements and gathering deliverables, collecting appropriate data, setting accurate expectations with the customer and Product Teams as well as coordinating with the Learning Systems team and other RealPage teams. The Implementation Consultant serves as a subject matter expert for the implementation and usage best practices to the customer for the product or service they are supporting. The Implementation Consultant is instrumental in effectively communicating challenges to the appropriate departments and leadership to ensure positive ongoing client experiences. 


Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Successfully and efficiently manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Conduct review with customer prior to release to confirm acceptance of data and configuration
  • Assist client in determining best practices for setup and configuration to achieve client’s desired result
  • Accurately forecast activation dates and manage implementations appropriately to meet release dates
  • Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers
  • Perform system setup and configuration ensuring accuracy of complex data and multi-system integrations 
  • Maintain core and essential knowledge of each product for which they are responsible
  • Interpret and fully understand client business requirements and needs
  • Maintain accurate records of all communication received for each client
  • Provide project management and coordination to ensure product activations are moving as quickly as possible
  • Update activity records timely and accurately to ensure accurate time reporting and client billing
  • Manage defect or problem resolution to drive implementations to completion
  • Notify management of any complications, missing data or system defects that might impact the implementation
  • Identify, assist, and test enhancements to workflow, scripts, or system defects for core functionalities
  • Resolve problems and accurately and appropriately answer questions from both internal and external customers in a timely manner
  • Collaborate regularly with other departments to improve processes or procedures
  • Ensure appropriate hand-offs and communication with Engagement Managers, Consultants, and Account Management
  • Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and procedures
  • Strong communication skills required in order to provide structured presentations and training sessions to the customer based on the audience and circumstances


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of Multifamily Housing experience
  • Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external executive-level customers
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills
  • Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment
  • A results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to ensure deliverables are met
  • Minimal travel may be required; less than 10%


  • Familiarity with RealPage products is preferred
