WHAT YOU’LL DO

You are a master at new client acquisitions and up-selling of marketing and technology products in the multifamily industry. You understand the renter journey and are passionate about data and analytics to show partners our proven results. Your multifamily industry contacts and relationships get you in the door, and our sales strategy, style and experience is how you close the profitable partnerships deals. You have a history of exceeding quotes and thrive in an uncapped commission structure. Presidents club vacations are an annual event for you due to your wicked financial acumen, multifamily industry expertise and technical sales skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, maintain and communicate Strategic Sales Plan (How many deals do you need to close this year, average deal size, product mix, prioritization of opportunities, personal goals, assistance needed, etc.)
  • Prospect new target accounts and opportunities; you are a hunter for finding new business
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast in the G5 CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Maintain quota per the G5 Bonus Compensation plan
  • Manage territory resources, support existing partnerships and maintain account plans
  • Attend Regional and National Trade Shows when necessary
  • Exhibit proficiency in the demonstration of our solutions; expertise on our platform and services and messaging
  • Act as to be an expert in the industry (research, networking, etc.)
  • Represent G5 internally and externally in a positive and professional manner
  • Exemplifies G5’s core values and behaviors
  • Attain quota requirements as defined (DELETE THIS ONE, its a repeat)
  • Actively engaged in 20-30 deals in sales funnel ongoing by prospecting 4-5 days/week
  • Travel to tradeshows and client/prospect meetings 20-40% of the time
  • Maintain up-to-date G5 CRM (Salesforce.com) as required by management
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Account Management and Executives

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 5+ years experience selling within the multifamily industry to real estate developers and/or property management companies with a consistent record of over achievement
  • Proven history of selling in a recurring revenue and/or SaaS model with annual spend of $100-500K
  • Complex selling experience with strong financial acumen with a demonstrated history of fostering and building strong client partnerships
  • Experience selling Digital Marketing Software or Services
  • High energy and high activity, a self-starter with a growth mindset
  • Strong, self-managed organizational and leadership skills
