WHAT YOU’LL DO

The ideal candidate brings a proven record of sales success where they have helped drive customer adoption, new business, and the opportunity to support sales at customer facing events and conferences. This team looks for individuals that have experience selling value-focused software solutions in a B2B environment. This person will work best in a dynamic, technology-driven environment utilizing phone and web conferencing technology interactions to effectively manage a high velocity of activity.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work with prospects through a full sales cycle including:

  • Outbound prospecting,
  • Inbound MQLs,
  • Discovery process
  • Demonstrating the product
  • Setting up reference calls
  • Creating proposals and ROI analysis, and;
  • Coming to mutually agreeable next steps to inspire a partnership.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Four-year degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of B2B (business to business) sales experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Ability to identify, qualify and prioritize prospects.
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC or BANT sales methodologies
  • Experience with consultative selling
  • Knowledge of the Challenger sales methodologySelf-motivated, hard-working and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated experience including prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating product value and ROI and closing new business.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Ability to present products and solutions to large groups
  • Sales experience with a software solution highly preferred
  • Contact management software experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Experience in property management or real estate
