ABOUT THE TEAM

We’re on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager who will bring high energy, a fun spirit, and passion for helping our customers succeed. In this role, you will focus on ensuring our customers are effectively using our products and services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build trusted relationships with customers and retain their business
  • Handle customer escalations to resolve key issues
  • Drive customer adoption of Buildium's software & services
  • Cross sell products and services to existing customers
  • Conduct a high volume of outreach to a large customer pool (300-400 customers) via phone (15-25 calls/day) and email
  • Ensure customers are successful and have an awesome experience with Buildium
  • Advocate within Buildium to address high priority customer needs
  • Become an expert in the property management business and Buildium's software

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 1-3 years experience in sales or any customer facing role, ideally in software
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to anyone
  • Fast learner; thirst for making yourself better
  • Demonstrated success in a customer-focused environment
  • Ability to deal with customer challenges
  • High energy, integrity, and can-do attitude
  • Hungry to develop and build relationships across our customer base
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Expert at juggling dozens of competing demands and managing limited time
