RealPage Solution Training Group is RealPage’s dedicated client training services group. The training group provides end user training that is innovative, inclusive, accessible and solution based. RealPage Solution Training Group’s major areas of focus include Accounting, Property Management, Revenue Management, Utility Management and Renter Engagement/Leasing Through Living solutions. Leveraging the latest adult learning research combined with in-person events, workshops, live webinars, and on-demand learning equips the training group to keep RealPage end users ahead in all they do. The Trainer II is a novice-level role with RealPage Solution Training Group. The Trainer II is a critical contributor to the success and adoption of RealPage customers, especially those with intricate solution product stacks. The Trainer II, will be able to effectively communicate the benefits of each RealPage product they certify in and communicate how various RealPage products work together to provide an end-to-end business solution.


  • Deliver an exceptional training experience and motivate learners to adopt newly implemented product solutions
  • Demonstrate knowledge across multiple RealPage product groups, such as Property Management, Renter Engagement and Revenue Management, to ensure client rollout success and end-user adoption
  • Identify client business requirements and create training solutions to meet expectations
  • Create training curriculum under general supervision
  • Functional knowledge of product settings with the ability to troubleshoot basic setup issues
  • Create a positive, professional and open learning environment that promotes engagement
  • Coordinate resolutions for quality concerns detected during post migration for applicable products
  • Show positive client experience feedback metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of all communication received for each client activation
  • Timely submission of travel and training related expenses based on communicated expense procedures


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education
  • Two years training experience
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) skills
  • Experience in the development of new curriculum courses
  • Intermediate knowledge of industry-standard webinar delivery platforms
  • Strong organizational & time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional training to large and small audiences in person or on webinar
  • Experience creating training process materials
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, as needed


  • Two years of multifamily housing industry experience or related training experience
  • Knowledge of property management system solutions in addition to RealPage
  • Familiarity of typical month end closing process for multi-family sites
  • Experience leading training for Sr. level leadership
  • Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and practices
  • Basic Camtasia and Adobe Suite knowledge
  • Entry Level knowledge
  • Spanish speaker
