You’ll be a member of RealPage’s Mixed Use marketing team, which focuses on Buildium, Propertyware, All Property Management, and more. We’re an entrepreneurial group, we operate autonomously, like a start-up but with the security of a billion dollar company. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Paid Acquisition & Digital Marketing and supporting a team of savvy and imaginative marketers, your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading digital marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition for our business unit. Responsibilities include digital strategy ideation and campaign execution, project management, reporting and performance analysis.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, maintain and execute paid media campaigns including but not limited to paid social, paid search, display and account-based marketing (ABM) 
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance accordingly to drive results 
  • Develop A/B tests including but not limited to ad copy and landing pages to improve campaign performance
  • Provide reporting and analysis by developing and maintaining department/role-specific dashboards and reports
  • Build proformas, with support from the Sr. Manager, to estimate success for marketing campaigns and measure and report on performance to marketing stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, operations, & web and sales team to ensure successful campaign execution 
  • Serve as a liaison between our company and third-party agencies 
  • Stay current with digital marketing technologies and trends and introduce new insights to improve performance

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 2-4 years’ experience in digital advertising
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving growth through SEM, paid social media,display advertising campaigns and other paid media channels
  • Working knowledge of marketing reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Looker, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
  • High attention to detail and strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple, competing priorities 
  • Ability to clearly communicate results, key learning, areas of opportunities for all your programs
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF formulas)
  • High integrity, energy, and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field or relevant work experience

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Industry Experience with B2B, SaaS or technology company and/or Real Estate Related Industry (particularly Property Management) is preferred but not required
  • Experience using a project management tool such as Hive is a plus
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and/or Google Analytics certified
