WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Salesforce CRM Deliery Director will work on a portfolio of technology projects that focus on delivering solutions that support internal business processes for RealPage. Business domains include Sales, Marketing, Service , implementations,platform development. This person will report to the VP of Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) and work closely with product owners, software developers, solution architects, and third-party vendors. The Salesforce Delivery Director will lead a team of global Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects. 

 

A successful Salesforce Delivery Director must be a leader who can work with key stakeholders across the RealPage lead a delivery team and drive projects to a successful launch. This person must be able to define a compelling project vision with measurable success criteria based on business needs. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze business problems and propose innovative solutions based on rigorous data analysis. 
  • Drive scalable solution, release planning, estimation, and deployment. 
  • Lead feature prioritization and estimation and improvize DevOps. 
  • Manage onshore and offshore business analysts and a technical team to create technical solutions for complex business problems. Enterprise 
  • Review, refine and approve vendor SOWs and manage external integration partners, contractors, and procurement team. 
  • Manage stakeholders and foster timely, data-driven decision making. 
  • Manage timelines and communicate project status to key stakeholders. 
  • Work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop high-level designs. 
  • Track delivery milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for the workstream. 
  • Drive change management and business, technology, and operational readiness plans. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, software engineers, testers, project managers, and architects. 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous Salesforce technical delivery experience and Salesforce certifications are a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years as a technical delivery management/leadership role for CRM implementations, platform development and technical integrations.
  • Agile ScrumMaster certification or Agile Product Owner certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of modern programming languages, UI frameworks, and scripting languages.
  • Experience leading merger and acquisition projects, including Salesforce org consolidation & migrations.
  • Experience with leading custom application development projects using the Salesforce Platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning implementation projects.
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Marketing and Sales Cloud, CPQ & billing
  • Excellent problem solver and independent thinker who can create innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both business executives and technical teams.
  • Able to manage daily stand-ups, escalations, issues, and risks.
  • Self-directed, adaptable, empathetic, flexible, and forward thinking.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration.
