The Sr Human Resources Business Partner learns our business and serves as the HR Expert within the Leadership Team for an assigned business to create a highly effective organization that meets and exceeds all of our internal & external business goals & objectives. Responsibilities include performance and talent management, career planning and development, coaching and counseling, strategic workforce planning, interpretation and application of policy and procedure, facilitating effective communication, learning & development, rewards programs, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational strategy & development. The HRBP Roles supports our high growth organization and ensures that Team Members, organizational strategies, labor budgets & plans, processes, communications, and HR Programs align with and directly support the current & future opportunities and objectives of the business. #LI-CP
