You’ll be the Vice President of RealPage’s Demand Generation Team, whose members work directly with the marketing strategy and product marketing teams and whose primary focus is to develop and execute omnichannel campaigns to achieve the business objectives.

As this team continues to stretch and evolve, you will guide them in developing new tactics, embracing new technologies, validating assumptions, and being part of the evolution of how we go to market and continue to demonstrate leadership in this space.


We are hiring a Vice President of Demand Generation to lead a team of campaign, social media, and digital marketers who are responsible for designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue.


Reporting to the Head of Strategy, Planning and Demand, you will work closely with key stakeholders and guide your team to ensure that their campaigns are designed to deliver results for the established business priorities. A critical component of this role will be to set priorities, establish processes, and engage with other marketing leaders to drive the scalability needed to deliver predictable and profitable demand.


  • Lead a team of campaign, social media and paid media specialists in the development and execution of detailed campaign plans inclusive of targets, focus areas, prioritized tactics, channels, and budget allocation. Lead the team in the paid and organic media strategy, execution, and channel optimization.
  • Guide the team on shifting to an ABM model and leveraging tools and resources to gain insights to further refine our GTM strategy, improve targeting, and maximize marketing ROI.
  • Ensure that campaign plans are aligned to the strategic business objectives and priorities. Communicate with key stakeholders to make sure they understand the plan’s objectives, cadence, KPIs and results.
  • Support your team in driving the execution of the various campaign elements such as email, webinars, events, digital advertising, sales cadences, and customer engagement opportunities. Focus the team to ensure the campaigns are delivered as scoped and on time.
  • Work with your team to analyze results, optimize campaign performance, and pivot as needed based on strategic priorities and business needs.


  • 10-15+ years of experience designing, building, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns at scale with demonstrable impact on business growth in a B2B environment
  • Experience developing a high performing team and driving transformation within a marketing organization. Ability to set and reinforce priorities, focus a team and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital. Experience leveraging an ABM platform (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
  • High integrity, energy, and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment.

  • Industry Experience with B2B SaaS or subscription-based technology companies and/or Real Estate Related Industry
