ABOUT THE TEAM

The RealPage Transformation Initiatives PMO is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our new team. In this role, you will lead cross functional business stakeholders and leaders to develop end-to-end solutions in support of Real Page’s strategic goals.  You will have the opportunity to engage early in the development of this newly formed team contributing to our partnership model, processes and methodologies, applying them to the top strategic programs across RealPage.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing a multi-year journey to mature our CPQ/CLM business processes and technology, with consolidation of SF instances and implementation of new CPQ/CLM solutions.  You will be responsible for delivering quality outcomes within budget and timeline and scope, while meeting expectations of customer satisfaction and business adoption. You thrive in business transformation and have a deep appreciation for the many layers to success, processes, data, technology, organizational design and operational readiness.  You are able to lead all of thee workstream across the CPQ/CLM program.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Formulate enterprise solution design of people, processes, technology, data and reporting to deliver desired business outcomes in collaboration with extensive internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to manage and more importantly drive performance of multiple consulting partners, technology vendors and internal center of excellences to deliver against highly complex and highly integrated business solutions across the enterprise.
  • In depth knowledge of CPQ/CLM processes, technologies, and operating models at various companies to consult and advise with executive leadership on critical business policy decisions.
  • Ability to assess organizational and individual levels of subject matter expertise and understanding across all areas critical to transformation success (people, process, technology, data acumen) and strategically develop approaches and solutions to create alignment and up level all resources through the work.
  • Actively develop and manage detailed business cases with target KPIs and ensure teams’ design decision are aligned to achieve business outcomes and targeted performance goals.
  • Indirectly manage multiple project managers from several companies into a single PMO structure while achieving consistency and commonality across the program. Ensure partners and vendors follow RealPage PMO standards and policies.
  • Facilitate partnership and collaboration through a new cross-functional governance structure to bring multiple stakeholders to the table making decisions on vision, requirements, scope, risk mitigation, etc.
  • Introduce and educate new governance frameworks and transformation processes across the enterprise to bring transparency, alignment, a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Work with a diverse group of cross functional leaders and subject matter experts and get them working as a united team with an aligned vision of a future state they actively champion and support within their home organizations
  • Design and orchestrate in partnership with change management team, the strategy and delivery of change management, communication and training strategies for all impacted resources.
  • Provide leadership and structure to how the program team will maintain effective working relationships, and provide timely updates on progress in accordance with defined program status and governance
  • Partner with other RP PMOs, along side the consulting partner to ensure end to end business transformation is considered in the solutions, scoping, sequencing and road mapping of the programs
  • Able to apply various project management methodologies; understanding there is not a one size fits all.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 15+ years of relevant program and project management experience
  • Experience in implementation of CPQ/CLM transformations and new technology (SF/Conga) Implementations
  • Deep expertise in processes and technology enabling the CPQ/CLM value stream
  • Experience in leading digital transformation projects where technology and organizational change go hand in hand to deliver long term sustainability
  • Experience working with senior level executives and system integrators
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree us a plus
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques; PMP is a plus
  • Expertise creating project plans, schedules, and resourcing plans with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet 
  • Solid communication, stakeholder, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze complex data to identify potential risks and draw meaningful conclusions                 
  • Global mindset, demonstrated professional approach, and customer focus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; good at working with technology and subject matter experts in the business
  • Proven success as a project manager working with globally distributed, cross-functional teams on large-scale, enterprise projects 
  • Comfortable operating in rapidly changing environments
