The Senior Brand Strategist leverages strategic thinking abilities in a creative environment. This role is on the front lines, helping the company and our clients clearly articulate a visual and verbal identity that resonates with all of their stakeholders.  As a leader within the Creative Services team, the Senior Brand Strategist is at the epicenter of every strategic branding project and connected all the way through from concept development to results of all programs stemming from creative work. This individual is an expert in developing creative solutions - from ideation to execution with knowledge of brand consistency and analytic performance. #LI-REMOTE #LI-CP3


Remote Opportunity


  • Work with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Strategy teams to ensure overall brand goals, strategy and objectives are clearly identified and upheld, from campaigns to collateral and enablement
  • Establish a consultative relationship with clients, understanding their business and brand needs  
  • Collaborate with other SME’s for upkeep and creation of best practices from a branding and creative perspective
  • Help clients define the core building blocks of their brand, including purpose, positioning, persona and brand essence, utilizing both strategic and creative skills to create a brand strategy for our clients at a portfolio, locational, or corporate level
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and brand strategists on all creative deliverables to ensure branding is consistent across all touch points
  • Collaborate with the implementation and creative teams to ensure high quality production of all services and products
  • Thought leadership in the creation and development of all services and products provided through the Creative Studio
  • Mentor the creative team to grow overall team knowledge of brand foundation and strategy
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on website design from a design and creative perspective
  • Research competitive landscape to stay abreast of current and future trends in the design, marketing, and advertising space
  • Act as a consultant for internal teams with creative scope based on clients business objectives
  • Cross-functional role assisting sales, account management, and Solution Engineers with pitching current and new clients
  • Demonstrate comfort level in presenting in front of colleagues, senior management and client C-suite


  • 6+ years of experience at a creative interactive agency or in-house brand team
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising or other related equivalent experience
  • Experience communicating and leading creative projects and brand campaigns from concept to completion
  • Ability to take business insights and strategies and conceive innovative, relevant, and tangible branding and creative ideas
  • Strong understanding of design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to Web-based 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adept at distilling complex concepts and communicating a big idea
  • Highly motivated multi-tasker, able to work well across several departments and under tight deadlines
  • Passionate conceptual thinker who inspires creativity and is able to communicate compelling
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills a must to interact with clients, team members, and senior staff, outside vendors and contractors
  • Experience managing designers and working with product teams and stakeholders
  • Expertise in all major business software applications
  • Attention to detail and an eye for quality
  • Decisive and self-reliant
