WHAT YOU’LL DO

 As the central point of contact for your assigned properties, the Account Manager is responsible for establishing and leveraging effective professional relationships to ensure outstanding service. You’ll be responsible for making sure all bills have been retrieved, paid, invoiced, and collected while providing in-depth reporting and analysis on utility expenditures at the property and portfolio level. To do this, you’ll work with our fantastic team of professionals. Additionally, there are no sales aspects of this position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage billing/invoicing process for all assigned properties
  • Be responsive to site staff requests/resident inquiries from Support
  • Comply with SOPs for resident billing, invoicing, contract compliance, new property implementation, cancellation, etc.
  • Facilitate all client training
  • Monthly reporting
  • Creating / nurturing client relationships
  • Driving client success 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience taking initiative and managing time effectively 
  • Ability to build strong relationship that enable long-term growth and opportunity
  • Ability to understand and communicate customer needs and expectations
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks/projects within deadlines
  • Experience – MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, dependable and team player
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with internal and external management and work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to achieve desired results
  • Excellent follow up skills required

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to develop creative solutions to unique customer problems
