Overview

The Vendor Compliance Representative interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Work to resolve any customer concerns and answer any questions
  • Research customer inquiries using available resources
  • Process payments and enrollment requests
  • Direct escalation issues to the designated resource
  • Maintain accurate records of customer correspondence and transactions in the system
  • Work closely with other departments to meet customers objectives
  • Provide timely follow up on all customer inquiries
  • Assist with additional special projects as needed

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Billingual Spanish fluency required
  • At least 1 year prior experience as a Remote Processor
  • Proficient skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook required
  • Strong typing skills required; ability to type at least 35 wpm
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Property & Casualty license required (or willing to obtain)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Multifamily industry experience strongly preferred
