RealPage (RP) is looking to hire a Vice President to lead its Business Intelligence product division. This role will be responsible for leading and advancing RealPage’s best in class BI product, currently used by hundreds of customers and supporting the operations of millions of apartments globally.
The role will guide product roadmap and strategy, lead overall operational direction and support, and provide oversight of the BI solution and its customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and deploying a data strategy to maximize data coverage and actionable analytics to customers, driving sales and adoption of the Business Intelligence solution, and delighting customers to maintain high levels of client retention. The position will work closely with senior leadership to set the vision and deliver an offering that is aligned with RealPage’s strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will be a skilled leader with a proven track record of driving results, exceeding financial expectations, building trust across the organization, applying critical thinking and business management skills, and managing diverse groups of people and projects. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management, Mathematics, Statistics or related field and experience with business intelligence is required. MBA or MS in a business analytics or quantitative field preferred.
