Overview

The Implementation Consultant works closely with various Property Management Companies/Owners to develop a unique array of ClickPay services to streamline their payment reception interface and merge existing payable platforms. The IC will additionally collaborate with personnel across the ClickPay organization (Executives, Data team, Account Managers, Accounting, Lockbox, Sales, Marketing) to optimize service delivery and distribute project tasks accordingly. As an IC, you’ll be responsible for understanding not only ClickPay’s internal operations, but also maintaining a high-level knowledge of ClickPay products, interdependencies and implementation requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of customer contact during the integration phase and transitioning from (and working closely with) the Sales team.
  • Identify areas within the integration where process improvements will streamline functional areas and improve the customer experience.
  • Establish and build strong customer relationships that allow for open communication, trust and rapport.
  • Conduct needs analysis and product/operational consulting
  • Coordinate the project deliverables and timelines for Go-Live end goal.
  • Facilitate periodic conference calls with customer personnel to understand customer needs and current business model, discuss open issues and optimize Go-live procedures.
  • Work closely with internal ClickPay departments to coordinate data integration, marketing plans and customer support & training
  • Analyze account setup and support team members with additional testing and QA for a successful Go-Live release.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by giving the customer undivided attention to details and keeping an open channel of communication as the ClickPay liaison.

Qualifications

  • Ability to develop and manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-departmental project teams
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to complex and unique business requirements and technical challenges
  • Ability to acquire a working knowledge of ClickPay’s products, features, and software integrations
  • Flexible and able to perform other tasks as assigned
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
