SimpleBills, a RealPage company, is a complete utility management service that partners with property management companies and owners to provide a better resident experience. We are currently seeking an entry level Operation Analyst to join our team in Waco, TX.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with an analytical mind! Computers must be second-nature to you, especially Excel. Familiarity with SQL would be a big plus too.

 

A typical day involves following a lot of processes, so being highly detail-oriented should be one of your strengths. As you complete those processes though, we’re looking for “outside-the-box thinking” to find better ways to do things.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office suite
