The primary goals of this position is to deliver an exceptional service experience for our clients; both internal and external regarding submeter operations. The Field Services Technician III is responsible for the diagnosis, installation, repair and maintenance of utility meter systems in multi-family apartment and other real estate locations.
This position serves in a capacity that he/she has the ability to research, analyze and complete work orders utilizing computer and manual data with minimum oversight. This position must have an intermediate understanding on: IT networking, electrical/electronic skills, knowledge of Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) systems and meter technologies including; water, gas and electric utilities.
This position has the ability to build, service and retrofit large commercial mechanical systems and tie it all together by integrating proprietary controls platforms with state of the art submetering systems. This position will apply their experience and knowledge to provide training, repair, troubleshoot and diagnosis support to drive a superior client experience. He/She will maintain a high level of professionalism and will utilize their skills and talent to forge strong, collaborative partnerships both internally and externally.
