As part of the Real Estate Workplace Solutions (REWS) organization, the Environmental, Health and Safety Manager, Global Portfolio, will oversee all environmental, health & safety (EH&S) programs. This oversight includes the responsibility for developing, implementing and overseeing RealPage’s environmental, facility wellness (the health of our offices), physical security, safety and sustainability practices that align with goals of the company promoting safe facilities and eliminating areas of risk while assuring compliance with laws and regulations.

The position’s focus is building a proactive, interactive, and sustainable safety environment for our employees, corporate office, and regional work sites.


  • Formulate, write, implement, audit, and manage site environmental, safety, facility wellness, physical security, sustainability and regulatory compliance programs. This includes working with REWS regional leadership and procurement in support of third-party vendors delivering these services.
  • Oversee new employee safety orientations and conduct selected educational safety programs as required.
  • Direct the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the safety and environmental processes as appropriate.
  • Provide EH&S leadership and direction, in consultation with the REWS leadership teams.
  • Set short and long-term strategic direction, site EH&S priorities, and assign resources.
  • Maintain full responsibility for results of functional discipline, including facility/building wellness, sustainability, safety / physical security programs that may include ergonomics, fire protection, etc.
  • Support and communicate with site management, who have accountability for site EH&S performance
  • Establish and manage budgets for one or more departments within a functional area.
  • Lead health and safety committees.
  • Ensure operational EH&S performance through comprehensive delineation of health and safety requirements, active and visible leadership, and effective coaching to assure employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance to all applicable standards and regulations, and conformance to all corporate health and safety expectations.
  • Elevate site EH&S culture through an expansion of standard work, employee engagement, mentoring and coaching, assuring effective and efficient resources (people and capital), and a pervasive, full compliance mindset.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 - 5 years industry experience required in facility operations and corporate environments
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency
