This position is a direct contributor role specific to selling key components our investment management platform into the institutional real estate community. As an investment management account representative, you will be responsible for generating net new business as well as maintaining and upselling existing client account relationships. The investment management account representative will have assigned revenue goals and activity responsibilities. The position will be responsible for developing relationships with real estate institutional investors and managers in a geographic based territory. Your job is to understand their business, identify the potential clients pain points and educate them on why our investment management platform can help drive value for both their internal and external shareholders. In addition to generating new business, attending industry functions on behalf of RealPage, Inc. is also required and expected.
We're looking for a dynamic, high performing sales representative with experience selling technology products and/or services into the institutional real estate community over the phone, via web-based presentations, and in-person. The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding sales quota, loves the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of building and growing a pipeline of business as a result of prospecting and relationship building. They also have experience navigating through complex organizations and selling to multiple decision makers in the C Suite.
