As the central point of contact for your assigned properties, the Account Manager is responsible for establishing and leveraging effective professional relationships to ensure outstanding service. You’ll be responsible for making sure all bills have been retrieved, paid, invoiced and collected while providing in-depth reporting and analysis on utility expenditures at the property and portfolio level. To do this, you’ll work with our fantastic team of professionals. Additionally, there are no sales aspects of this position.
Our ideal candidate is a great culture fit, possesses a demonstrated capability to exercise sound judgment, and communicates in a way that reflects our company well. Background in property management, accounting with B2B customer service, or similar experience involving B2B interaction may be a plus.
