The Product Manger for Spend Management/Vendor Credentialing will oversee the product roadmap, building new features and services for RealPage Vendor Credentialing.  They will be responsible for the following:  Product development documentation (business requirements, functional designs, user interface mock-ups, client facing documents, marketing and product quality assurance documentation), coordination of problem management which includes defect and enhancement tracking and resolution.  They will be required to lead meetings with the product development team through the entire product development life cycle including product design, initial product testing and release.  They must serve as a key contact for product development, marketing, sales, implementation, support and training departments as well as plan, coordinate and facilitate user group subcommittee activities.


  • Analyze the capabilities of the RealPage Spend Management/Vendor Credentialing product and other integrated Spend Management products/systems
  • Design feature enhancements to the product to meet the needs of the company, our clients and their vendors
  • Coordinate the design, development, testing, and release of new product feature enhancements in accordance with release management and change management procedures used at RealPage
  • Plan and coordinate the integration of related products/systems
  • Provide product information to internal departments including professional services, implementation, marketing, sales, training and support
  • Create database, business logic and user interface design documentation, including user interface mock-ups, as needed to support internal and external web software development teams
  • Communicate directly with clients and their vendors to ensure new and integrated feature enhancements will meet their evolving needs
  • Define service level standards for new client and supplier services
  • Develop and implement tools that can be used to ensure RealPage meets specified service levels
  • Present on product and project related topics to internal and external audiences
  • Provide content for the development of product documentation (including marketing materials, product specs, user guides, release notes, etc.), review and approve for internal or external use
  • Serve as a key contact for information about RealPage products
  • Lead project planning activities and participate in the development of more effective business processes
  • Act responsively to urgent client and business needs
  • Mentor others to help ensure the entire team understands client and business issues and responds appropriately
  • Organize, participate and conduct product feature testing and application walk-throughs
  • Report weekly on progress made towards Spend Management goals and initiatives
  • Organize and manage software roadmap by leading client sessions to determine top priority features
  • Provide feedback to the executive team on product roadmap, product scorecard and updates to client-facing documentation
  • Assist with the analysis and resolution of internal and external support escalations
  • Help the team to anticipate possible future problems and designs systems needed to detect issues before customers are impacted


  • College degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business management or accounting
  • 4+ years experience in software business analysis for a product development team and/or product development experience
  • IIBA certification  desirable
  • Project management experience / PMP certification is  desirable
  • Azure DevOps, Confluence experience highly desirable
  • Process improvement experience / lean six sigma green belt or higher is highly desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities
  • Ability to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor other business analysts is required
  • Prefer candidates with multi-family real estate accounts payable or financial reporting experience
  • Flexibility to work overtime
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Possess the ability to multi-task and move quickly between projects and stages with projects 
  • Systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Detail oriented
