Job Summary:

We’re on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager who will bring high energy, a fun spirit, and passion for helping our customers succeed. In this role, you will focus on building relationships with your customers to ensuring are effectively using our products and services and achieving their desired outcomes.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build trusted relationships with customers and retain their business
  • Drive customer adoption of Propertyware software & services.
  • Conduct a high volume of outreach to a small to medium sized customer pool via phone and email.
  • Handle customer escalations to resolve key issues.
  • Ensure your clients are very satisfied and are “promoter” status on engagement surveys.
  • Inform customers of new products and services to existing client base.
  • Ensure these new customers are successful and have an awesome experience with Propertyware
  • Become an expert in the property management business and Propertyware software
  •  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 1-3 years experience in sales, customer success or any customer facing role, ideally in software.
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to anyone
  • Fast learner; thirst for making yourself better
  • Demonstrated success in a customer-focused environment
  • Ability to deal with customer challenges
  • High energy, integrity, and can-do attitude
  • Hungry to develop and build relationships across our customer base
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
