WHAT YOU’LL DO

ClickPay (a RealPage Company) is seeking a Trade Show Coordinator with B2B event experience to join our Marketing team. The Trade Show Coordinator will work closely with the Sales team and ClickPay Corporate Marketing team to devise integrated campaigns to drive interest and sales. The Trade Show Coordinator is a critical Marketing team member as he/she is responsible for executing and optimizing our trade show and event lead gen strategy, which is an incredibly valuable sales channel. The high performing ClickPay Corporate Marketing team collaborates to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and ensure distribution of content to the right audience at the right time. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create opportunities for salespeople to meet high-quality contacts with experiences that are so engaging that prospects want to learn more about ClickPay
  • Provide thought leadership for integrated tradeshow and digital campaigns
  • Create targeted messaging per segment (e.g., HOA, MF, geo, acct system, partner) for sales collateral to drive leads
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing organizations to ensure all marketing channels and salespeople are aligned
  • Strategize and execute at least 25 prospecting events and trade shows annually with our real estate trade partner organizations (e.g. NMHC, CAI, NAA, ACAM) across multiple audience segments, geographic segments, and product offerings
  • Partner with senior members of the marketing and sales teams to develop lead nurturing and marketing strategies, orchestrate campaign execution, monitor and measure results
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide strategic insights to improve selection of shows we attend, evolve lead generation, and drive measurable sales growth
  • Communicate results and insights to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ year's experience coordinating B2B events 
  • Ability to develop and manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-departmental project teams 
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to promote ClickPay's 
  • Ability to acquire a working knowledge of ClickPay’s products, features, and software integrations 
  • Flexible and able to perform other tasks as assigned 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
