ABOUT THE TEAM

Summary:   

The Operations Analyst is a key member of the LeaseLabs Business Operations team. This position leads a variety of strategic, cross-functional business projects. The position also seeks out process improvement initiatives to develop new best practices and ensure greater efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead and support strategic, cross-functional business projects
  • Identify, recommend, and participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Present process problems and solutions in flowchart and diagram formats
  • Act as the initial contact point for process proposals and process changes
  • Support the daily functions of the LeaseLabs business unit
  • Gather and analyze process performance data
  • Manage weekly operations performance reports provided to senior leadership
  • Provide project-based analyses to improve business processes and enable accurate decision-making
  • Conduct periodic internal audits and create reports of findings

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects/process improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively within the team and organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data sets and present findings in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with leading and supporting change management, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational changes
  • Experience scaling processes due to business growth
  • Good technical writing skills
  • Experience with statistical analysis software, such as JMP, Stata, R, or Minitab
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt Certification
