ABOUT THE TEAM


OpsTechnology is a spend management platform. 

Specifically, the Account Manager understands our clients business processes, manages internal and external project teams to implement OpsTechnology’s enterprise software, analyzes data to help recommend adjustments to client processes and procedures, runs reports to understand current client performance and uses the data to take action that will increase OpsTechnology client’s financial performance as they use our software. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage the deployment of OpsTechnology enterprise softwareCultivate relationships with client management team so they understand, value and champion the usage of OpsTechnology software and services

 

  • Provide consultation to clients to ensure the success of their implementation
  • Provide client support on OpsTechnology software throughout implementation and training
  • Perform analysis on client’s performance and provide recommendations to help increase their ROI
  • Work with client and OpsTechnology training personnel to ensure that client personnel are adequately trained in a timely fashion on Pinnacle processes and OpsTechnology software
  • Work with client and other internal OpsTechnology groups to ensure client understands and values the benefits of using the product correctly
  • Work with other OpsTechnology and RealPage groups to increase revenue and earnings derived from client
  • Direct and manage the Pinnacle Marketplace Administrator position; providing performance feedback and ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and timely
  • Provide support on OpsTechnology software:
  • Manage and provision user access within the Ops system
  • Perform setup and maintenance of the OpsBuyer System including provisioning business processes and property and portfolio data
  • Update chart of accounts related items including GL codes, GL Groups, category mapping, GL restrictions, yearly information relative to budgets and fiscal calendars and other chart of accounts related items
  • Maintain correct property information for addresses, unit counts and GL code restrictions
  • Facilitate supplier setup at both company and property level by working with the vendor compliance system and pushing vendors to sign up as online vendors for the OpsTechnology system.  Will also entail making account requests to online suppliers to get properties enabled with those suppliers
  • Ensure proper workflow rules have been implemented in the system to support client’s business rules
  • Assist in clearing final stage or system endorsed items and notify users of unapproved items
  • Generate advanced reports and provide analysis for purchasing department and management
  • Monitor and manage OpsInvoice exception queue, so invoices are being cleared in a timely fashion.  May require coordination between accounting and property personnel.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered (minimum of 3 years experience in a business and technical role)
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well within a team environment
  • Previous experience managing and directing the work of others
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, while meeting regular deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to influence client opinions and actions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage other personnel over which you do not have official supervisory responsibility
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to adhere to detailed processes
  • Proficient knowledge in Windows, MS Office (specifically Word and Excel), and Internet tools
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as clients, supervisors, and teammates
  • Demonstrated ability to change direction and reprioritize tasks
  • Flexibility to work overtime hours (nights and weekends) when required
  • A familiarity with RealPage products, other property management software, or the property management industry is a plus
  • Some travel may be required (approximately 15%) for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders or site management
