ABOUT THE TEAM

Our Virtual Leasing Consultants play an integral role in the success of our team and the communities we represent. This position with report to the VP of Product for Contact Center.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to prospective residents by assisting them in finding the perfect home via guided virtual tours. Our Virtual Leasing Consultants will have assigned revenue goals and activity responsibilities. Additionally, you will become the subject matter expert for our virtual touring product to guide product development efforts and train future leasing consultants.  The ideal candidate has prior experience as a leasing agent with a history of exceeding sales quotas and interfacing with multiple decision makers including Executives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting guided virtual tours, diligently pursue the close of each sale, perform follow ups, and complete leasing paperwork with prospective residents.
  • Building and training strong virtual leasing teams, as well as acting as subject matter expert for our virtual touring platform.
  • Ensuring the virtual leasing team has the required sales and marketing materials to complete sales.
  • Assisting in the creation of the virtual tour scripts to drive sales.
  • Maintaining a strong partnership with the product development team to ensure the success of the virtual touring product by providing requirements, assisting with storyboard creation and providing feedback.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Minimum of 4 years of leasing agent experience with a record of exceeding assigned quotas
  • Experience selling communities virtually with a consultative approach in a high energy environment and managing potential residents in a CRM
  • Comfortably present product and solutions to Executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex organizations
  • Consistently outperform your quarterly and annual sales quota
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently manage a geographic territory on an on-going basis
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized and optimistic
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
