WHAT YOU’LL DO

This newly established Vice President of Marketing role for our Marketing & Leasing and Living Suites space will have responsibility for the marketing strategies designed to reach business targets for our fast-growing solution suites that focus on smarter leasing and happier residents.  This leader will guide a team of marketing specialists in development of everything from omnichannel campaigns to messaging and positioning for business-to-business and direct-to-consumer solutions.  The opportunities are endless for the right person willing to make their mark in the B2B2C space.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Carry out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
  • You will build scalable, predictable and repeatable campaigns that create sales pipeline by guiding prospects all the way through the funnel, from anonymous to delighted customer.
  • Build demand centers for B2B and B2C businesses; with a data driven approach to marketing first and foremost
  • Build brand awareness and recognition across the organization
  • Entrepreneurial by nature and works well in a rapidly changing environment
  • Provide creativity and innovation geared to find a way to win the right way
  • Customer-centric and can identify and meet internal and external customer needs
  • Will work cross-functionally to ensure marketing programs are in line with company objectives
  • Will be metric driven and can draw insight from complex marketing data

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Minimum 15 years of marketing experience, 5 years in senior marketing leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Experience managing full stack modern marketing campaigns and teams (including omnichannel campaigns, ABM, demand optimization, events, communications, social, etc.)
  • Sales and marketing experience including B2B and B2C
  • Innovative and creative at identifying new business approaches
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience
  • Highly process-oriented and able to define new procedures as the needs of the business evolve
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentational communication skills at the executive level
  • Proven ability to lead multiple and diverse teams
  • Experience working with sales and technology and product development groups
  • Track record of motivating and developing entry level employees into highly productive and expert resources
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, SalesForce.com and SharePoint
  • Multifamily housing experience preferred
