Director of Marketing will be responsible for managing marketing plan development – from messaging and positioning to demand generation for a new suite in our fast-growing Living Solutions category for the rental real estate market. This position will be responsible for creating and delivering the GTM plans and campaigns for the new Suite – ensuring that plans deliver against marketing demand targets and bottom line business goals. The role will be specifically responsible for addressing the needs of core conventional products. It will also be responsible for providing leadership as the customer advocate, partnering with sales and product marketing, to address new requirements and provide greater definition, clarity and understanding of the vertical markets. The role will need to work closely with Sales and Business Unit Leadership and be able to work effectively across multiple Solution groups.


Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and execute strategic communications plans for the multifamily market
  • Understand and have experience with marketing a product(s) across its life cycle from definition to end-of-life, including market requirements, market research and analysis, marketing strategy, planning and execution, positioning and messaging and sales enablement
  • Effectively work with cross-functional, matrixed team environment with executive presence.
  • Facilitate collaborative relationships with creative, social, video, digital, automation, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns on deadline.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all mediums.
  • Coordinate with sales enablement to socialize campaigns and assets with sales teams.
  • Conduct interviews with internal clients and customers.
  • Present plans and results to executives.


  • Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience
  • Experience managing full stack modern marketing campaigns and teams (including omnichannel campaigns, ABM, demand optimization, events, communications, social, etc.)
  • Experience with Product integration and interline positioning strategy. 
  • Experience writing B2B digital content, direct email campaigns, video scripts, articles, strategic communications, and sales collateral.
  • Strong attention-to-detail with ability to manage multiple projects within strict time frames and deadlines.
  • Must be flexible and able to work extended hours as deadlines require.
  • Willingness to adjust to changing priorities and adapt to new products or new projects quickly; multi-tasking required.
  • Must be able to research topics and fact check, as well as use creativity in presenting all subject matter.
  • Experience trafficking projects and working with project management systems necessary.
  • MBA preferred, but not required.
