ABOUT THE TEAM

The Operations Analyst is a key member of the Consumer Operations Support team. The Consumer Operations Support team seeks out improvements and deficiencies within product operations to develop new best practices and ensure greater efficiency, accuracy and profitability. Additionally, we focus on developing and establishing departmental standards and procedures through analysis and documentation of critical business processes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Operations Analystyou will lead a variety of strategic, cross-functional business projects. The position also seeks out process improvement initiatives to develop new best practices and ensure greater efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.This position will report to the Senior Manager, Consumer Operations Support.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead and support strategic, cross-functional business projects
  • Identify, recommend, and participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Present process problems and solutions in flowchart and diagram formats
  • Support the daily functions of the Consumer Operations Support business unit
  • Gather and analyze process performance data
  • Provide project-based analyses to improve business processes and enable accurate decision-making
  • Conduct periodic internal audits and create reports of findings
  • Additional duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Bachelor’s degree; equivalent experience may be considered

Experience in leading cross-functional projects/process improvements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

Strong leadership and project management skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively within the team and organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data sets and present findings in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Experience with leading and supporting change management, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational changes

Experience scaling processes due to business growth

Good technical writing skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Project Management Certification (PMP)
