This job requires attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently (you can't actually multi-task). You'll be on a computer a lot, so we place importance on good typing skills and being tech-savvy. Lastly, to thrive in this role, you'll have to use the support system provided to you to be cool and productive under pressure.
