RealPage Utility Management Invoice Processing is a global operation, with teams in the US, India and the Philippines.  The team achieves industry leading performance for our multi-family and commerical clients through the utilization of automation and skilled teams to deliver  results with data integrity. 



Duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for managing organization strategy and operational objectives in support of clients and our financial objectives.
  • Oversee domestic and overseas Utility Invoice Processing operations, Research, client facing Finance and Accounting teams, Data Administration, and Quality Assurance departments.
  • Responsible for overseeing change initiatives to increase automation and improve quality.
  • Implement Six Sigma process improvement programs to reduce costs and increase quality.
  • Optimize customer satisfaction & loyalty through improved operations, processes, knowledge and responsiveness.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes designed to certify all customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Partners with product team to create roadmap for products and services associated with their scope of responsibility
  • Provide executive management with formal, written reports on key operational metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Manage at-risk clients by minimizing operational deterrents and convert these clients into exceptionally loyal RealPage customers.
  • Define policies and procedures governing daily operations of departments.
  • Develop annual revenue, capital and expense budgets for all assigned departments.
  • Ensure all financial, quality and service goals are achieved and maintained.
  • Create a learning organization through the development of related training and mentoring programs.
  • Develop qualitative and quantitative measures and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
  • Negotiate contracts with key vendors.
  • Execute strategic service initiatives, projects, and technologies.
  • Establish and communicate performance expectations through a strong and vital annual performance review process.
  • Create a high-energy work environment with exceptional employee morale.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and performance policies.
  • Lead annual SAS 70 audit activities as they apply to various reporting departments.


The Vice President of Invoice Processing requires an experienced operations leader with strong overall business acumen and experience achieving the highest quality possible by reengineering processes and optimizing costs.  This role establishes the strategic vision and goals of the invoice processing organization that align with the overall company goals and business plan.  This position requires a leader with a keen focus on managing site operations and quality control.  The position will require a leader with a strong blend of both strategic and tactical proactive solutions to business objectives, leveraging their leadership background and Lean Six Sigma experience to achieve organizational financial and operational results, and ensure strategic goals are achieved through all phases of the service delivery cycle.


This RealPage leader possesses strong leadership and operational management skills, but equally important, this individual leads through personal values consistent with RealPage’s operating values. The Vice President of Invoice Processing will have a successful history of building and leading strong, world-class teams, applying strategic thinking, and executing effectively to deliver a record of accomplishment of sustained operational excellence. A major role of this executive is to guide, mentor, and coach managers to a standard of excellence. This position requires a high degree of integrity and teamwork demonstrated by delivering high quality commitments on time and eliciting the same accountability from team members.


  •     Minimum 15 years of management experience in operations
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Experience leading large organizations with a staff of 50+ including management personnel
  • Ideally has management experience overseeing operations in invoice processing, payments or similar, highly transactional environment
  • Exceptionally strong quantitative analysis skills and experience with formal process improvement practices such as Six Sigma, and strong analytical aptitude
  • Strong grasp of industry best practices in quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Highly process-oriented and able to define new procedures as the needs of the business evolve
  • Innovative and creative at identifying new business approaches
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentational skills at the executive level
  • Proven ability to successfully lead large teams of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Track record of motivating and developing entry level employees into highly productive and expert resources


  • Strong mentoring skills in developing management team
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Flexible to work extended hours as required
  • Multifamily housing industry experience preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed, including international
