ABOUT THE TEAM

The Performance Advisory team falls within the Client Success organization of RealPage and their primary function is to provide AI Revenue Management clients a multifamily resource to help optimize the performance of their assets.    

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Performance Advisor provides insight and advice to customers from both an AI Revenue Management and general operations perspective. Performance Advisors collaborate with representatives at all levels of the organization to understand and implement strategy as well as track and review overall performance related to the AI performance suite of products. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Articulate the AI revenue management value proposition and develop credibility for its concepts and benefits across client organizations
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal RealPage staff at all levels
  • Provide strategic review of revenue recommendations for/on behalf of customers to ensure adoption and satisfaction
  • Host regular discussions with operations teams, executive management, and ownership regarding revenue performance
  • Conduct regular performance analysis regarding financial results, revenue management adoption behavior, leasing velocity and market conditions, and present results to executive leadership
  • Research and evaluate modeling-related questions and provide thoughtful feedback to customers
  • Consult with customers on parameter configurations and make strategic recommendations for necessary changes
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects and use Sales Force to track and update project steps
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the integration with each Property Management System
  • Identify opportunities for adoption and expansion of RealPage products
  • Provide input and feedback, from a business user’s perspective to the RealPage Product group, on solution features and functionality
  • Coordinate with other RealPage teams as needed to facilitate timely implementation and overall client success
  • Prepare and participate in either in-person and virtual solution reviews
  • Analyze and present on the financial impact of asset amenitization and monetization, and assist clients in strategizing for improved outcomes

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 of experience in multifamily property management or related industry
  • Experience using SalesForce and Microsoft office products (Excel, Power Point and Word)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence others
  • Strong project management skills required; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with both RealPage products and other property management software solutions
  • Ability to adapt to change and work well in an autonomous dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel up to 20% and work outside normal business hours at times depending upon workload
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively assess and address risk
  • Analytical background and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to successfully support client services accounts
  • Familiarity with RealPage products or other property management software
  • Experience mentoring or training others
  • Experience delivering professional presentations and dealing with senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and advise on the impact of all facets of operations that can impact revenue performance

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 5 years of experience in revenue management
  • 3 years of Realpage Revenue Management Advisory Services experience
  • Working knowledge of Realpage products including but not limited to: OneSite Leasing and Rents, Performance Analytics, Business Intelligence, Market Analytics, Flex Marketing, ILM and Leasing Analytics, AI Screening, Amenity Optimization
  • Superior time management, organization, and efficiency, demonstrating they value the time of other collaborators
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a natural draw to continual personal improvement and collaborative product enhancement
